Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested produce according to quality standards.
- Operate agricultural machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in general farm maintenance, irrigation, and pest control.
- Follow all safety regulations and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa or eligibility to obtain one.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
