Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper weight distribution and security.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality assurance metrics.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license (preferred).
- Basic math skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not strictly required.
