Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced nursing care in a high-acuity medical-surgical unit
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex patient cases
- Maintain precise electronic health records and documentation
- Mentor junior staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to strict JCAHO and California Board of Nursing standards
- Participate in 12-hour shift rotations with differential pay
- Lead emergency response protocols for critical situations
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree from accredited nursing program
- Current California RN license (or ability to obtain via NCLEX)
- Minimum 3 years acute care experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic EMR system
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or other applicable visas)
