Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure compliance with JCAHO standards
- Lead patient education initiatives and discharge planning processes
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Respond to critical situations with rapid assessment and intervention
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Active RN license in good standing with Texas Board of Nursing
- Minimum 3 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications required
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Eligibility for TN or H-1B visa sponsorship
- Proven track record in patient safety and quality outcomes
