Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, Oncology, OR)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and perform complex clinical procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient/family education on treatment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior nursing staff and clinical students
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (MSN preferred for advanced roles)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications (specialty-specific certs required)
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to cultural competency and patient advocacy
