Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment provided by the facility to ensure accurate readings and patient safety.
- Monitor patient vital signs and document changes in medical condition, symptoms, or treatment response.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee or a compact state.
- BSN preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Eligibility to work in the USA and ability to obtain a work visa sponsorship (H-1B, O-1, or Green Card).
- CPR/BLS certification and ACLS/PALS certification as required by specialty.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
