Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and medical histories.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations with clinical competence.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois or a compact state.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Experience in Medical-Surgical or Critical Care preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
