Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patient health conditions, needs, and recovery progress.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medication or changes in medical condition.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper operation of medical equipment provided.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligible for license verification).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (H1B, J-1, or Green Card sponsorship).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and ethical medical practices.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not mandatory.
