Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest diverse crops including berries, vegetables, and nursery plants
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and quality control standards
- Perform manual labor including pruning, weeding, and field inspections
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize harvest yields and crop health
- Maintain detailed records of farm activities and inventory
- Participate in seasonal crop rotation and soil management programs
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (must be outside the US at time of application)
- Minimum 2 years of documented agricultural or farm experience
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic English proficiency for safety communication and training
- Valid driver's license (Class A preferred for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours daily
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
