Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort crops according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper storage protocols
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance
- Adhere to all safety regulations and H2A program guidelines
- Report crop conditions and pest observations to supervisors
- Participate in seasonal planting activities as needed
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or current work authorization
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture/farming experience
- Ability to work 45+ hours per week in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
