Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, and cultivating crops in various fields.
- Harvest agricultural products efficiently, ensuring minimal damage and maximum quality.
- Load, unload, and pack goods onto trucks for distribution to local markets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and storage facilities.
- Operate farm machinery and tools safely under the guidance of supervisors.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues to the farm manager immediately.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and H2A labor requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods (8-12 hours/day).
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry items weighing between 30 to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English communication skills for safety instructions and team coordination.
- Valid documentation for H2A visa sponsorship eligibility.
- Reliable transportation to the worksite.
