Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)
- Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers per safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report issues to supervisors
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Adhere to all safety regulations and H2A program guidelines
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agriculture experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
