Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Perform field maintenance including planting, weeding, and pest control
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist in crop monitoring and quality inspection processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Availability to work 40-50 hours weekly including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
