Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and manufacturing duties, including sorting, packing, and labeling products.
- Operate standard industrial equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet strict standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Load and unload goods from trucks using forklifts or hand trucks as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency (required for visa processing).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Relevant work experience in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Valid work authorization or eligibility to work in the US.
