Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and specialized departments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead patient education initiatives and family communication protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to unit development
Qualifications
- BSN degree or higher from accredited institution (required)
- Active RN license in good standing (required)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligibility for US visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1)
