Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive telehealth nursing assessments and interventions
- Monitor patient vitals and health data via remote monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using HIPAA-compliant platforms
- Develop and execute personalized care plans for diverse patient populations
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington State or eligible for endorsement
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience (telehealth preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required, MSN preferred
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Excellent communication skills across cultural boundaries
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid passport and eligibility for US work visa sponsorship
