Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal hospitality operations including guest services, event setup, and venue maintenance
- Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor recreational facility management
- Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently following OSHA guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness standards across assigned work areas and customer-facing zones
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to deliver exceptional service experiences
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal labor regulations
- Participate in mandatory safety training and seasonal orientation programs
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B Visa sponsorship (no prior visa requirement)
- Minimum 6 months prior experience in hospitality, landscaping, or customer service roles
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods and perform manual labor
- Valid driver's license preferred for some positions
