Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in hotel front desk operations
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for Mardi Gras festivals
- Maintain cleanliness standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Support food service operations in restaurant and banquet venues
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams during peak season
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B visa sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills (written/spoken)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours daily
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No criminal record (background check required)
- Willingness to commit to full seasonal duration
