Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties including loading, unloading, sorting, and staging materials.
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and quality control checks.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and schedule requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for sponsorship (crucial requirement).
- Physically capable of performing strenuous outdoor and indoor tasks for long shifts.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written) for communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or agriculture is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
