Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in resort front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage roles
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle guest transactions accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to operational improvements
- Support event setup and execution for seasonal festivals and conferences
- Complete all required training modules and certifications
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility (no prior overstay violations)
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Valid passport and clean criminal record
- Commitment to 4-6 month seasonal contract (May-September 2026)
