Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors to move goods efficiently within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts, receive incoming shipments, and ensure accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare, pack, and label products for domestic and international distribution with strict attention to safety and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets regulatory compliance requirements before dispatch.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company housekeeping standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must currently hold or be eligible for an H2B non-immigrant work visa.
- Language Skills: Must possess strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to understand safety instructions and work instructions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and demonstrate punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid identification and work authorization documents upon hire.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and physical handling of inventory.
