Responsibilities
- Del exceptional guest experiences at premier San Antonio tourism venues
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments accurately
- Maintain clean and safe work environments following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak season events
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in mandatory pre-season training programs
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (no prior overstay violations)
- Available for full-time seasonal employment (March-November 2026)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week including weekends/holidays
- Valid passport and willingness to undergo background check
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must arrive in San Antonio by February 15, 2026
