Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently and safely to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy in inventory and order fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of seasonal orders.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to apply for and obtain an H2B temporary work visa.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends during peak seasons.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform manual labor.
- Language: Basic English proficiency required for safety and communication purposes.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid passport and necessary work authorization documentation.
