Responsibilities
- Perform accurate packing, labeling, and loading of shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship or hold a valid US work authorization.
- Ability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
