Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, pool, and dining areas
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
- Maintain resort cleanliness standards across public spaces
- Assist with event setup and guest activities coordination
- Process payments and manage reservation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-immigrant status)
- Minimum 6 months hospitality/customer service experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays required)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
