Responsibilities
- Perform daily assembly, packing, and sorting tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and package them for shipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
- Complete inventory checks and log daily production data accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship for the 2026 season.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic English proficiency (reading and writing) for safety and communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
