Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists.
- Prepare pallets for outbound shipping and load them securely onto transport trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory control, cycle counting, and stock organization.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Valid H2B visa or proof of eligibility for sponsorship.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a history of punctuality.
