Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor related to the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of various crops (e.g., citrus, vegetables, fruits).
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and agricultural tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in irrigation systems, pruning, weeding, and general farm maintenance.
- Load, unload, and transport harvested goods to packing and storage facilities.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and humidity, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess (or be willing to apply for) an H2A Visa.
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, or labor-intensive work is highly preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are required to ensure safety and teamwork.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
