Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops (e.g., sugarcane, rice, or vegetables).
- Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain fields by weeding, pruning, and applying fertilizers or pesticides according to safety guidelines.
- Load, unload, and sort harvested goods for transport to packing facilities.
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and humidity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid H2A Visa or eligibility to work in the United States.
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous outdoor labor for long hours.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required by the season.
