Responsibilities
- Execute crop cultivation, harvesting, and irrigation tasks across Phoenix-area farms
- Operate agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters) safely and efficiently
- Monitor crop health and report issues via our remote farm management system
- Maintain accurate field records using digital platforms during remote work periods
- Adhere to H2A visa regulations and USDA safety standards
- Collaborate with agronomists through virtual meetings for crop planning
- Participate in seasonal planting and harvesting rotations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility or current authorization
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural or farming experience
- Basic digital literacy for remote reporting tools (tablets/mobile apps)
- Ability to work outdoors in Arizona climate (heat tolerance required)
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Physical stamina for 8-hour field shifts
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends during peak seasons
