Responsibilities
- Harvest and sort seasonal crops (tomatoes, corn, peppers) according to quality standards
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain field cleanliness and proper crop handling protocols
- Adhere to all safety regulations and pesticide application guidelines
- Assist with planting, pruning, and field maintenance tasks
- Participate in mandatory training sessions on equipment and safety
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility (must be outside US at time of application)
- Minimum 6 months documented farm experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work 8-10 hour days in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to farm site
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak season
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
