Responsibilities
- Operate provided heavy agricultural machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance tasks according to seasonal schedules.
- Inspect and perform minor maintenance on provided equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations on the farm.
- Work collaboratively with crew members to meet daily production quotas.
- Load and unload crops and supplies using forklifts and manual labor techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Experience with agricultural machinery is a plus, but full training is provided.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is required.
- Must be eligible for or willing to apply for H2A visa sponsorship.
