Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers)
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Maintain crop quality through sorting, packing, and field inspections
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist in greenhouse operations and pest management programs
- Transport materials and maintain farm equipment
- Collaborate with diverse teams to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year verifiable farm labor experience
- Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills (Spanish speakers encouraged)
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship
- Ability to work 6-8 hours/day, 5-6 days/week
- No prior agricultural experience required for trainees
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta area during employment
