Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops in the Seattle vicinity.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Monitor crop quality and identify any issues requiring immediate attention.
- Assist in packaging and loading harvested goods for transport.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship (Green Card holders are also welcome).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold.
- Physically fit with the ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs) for extended periods.
- Willingness to work early mornings and flexible hours as required by harvest schedules.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety briefings.
