Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops (berries, vegetables, or grains).
- Operate agricultural machinery and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain field sanitation, irrigation systems, and general farm cleanliness.
- Monitor crop quality and identify potential issues or pests to report to supervisors.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and H2A labor laws.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa status or the legal ability to obtain one (US Citizens and Green Card holders also welcome to apply).
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or manual labor is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
