Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper handling, sorting, and packing of harvested goods to meet strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist in general farm maintenance and irrigation management.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for H2A visa sponsorship or current legal status to work in the USA.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work long hours during peak harvest seasons.
- Basic understanding of agricultural processes is a plus but not required.
