Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (tomatoes, peppers, sweet potatoes)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper training
- Maintain irrigation systems and field sanitation protocols
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment
- Adhere to all safety and quality control standards
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks as needed
- Work collaboratively with diverse team members
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa program (foreign worker)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Basic English communication skills required
- Previous farm/agriculture experience preferred
