Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Perform manual harvesting and sorting of seasonal crops with precision and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate tractors, loaders, and other farm machinery.
- Crop Maintenance: Assist with planting, weeding, and irrigation to ensure optimal crop health.
- Quality Control: Inspect produce for quality and grade according to industry standards.
- Logistics: Load and unload trucks and containers for shipment to distributors.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and farm regulations.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2A Visa sponsorship or already hold a valid work visa.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in outdoor environments.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Experience: Previous experience in agriculture or farm labor is a plus but not mandatory.
