Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily agricultural operations, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting.
- Manage and coordinate H2A visa workers, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor crop health and implement sustainable farming practices.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed on-site.
- Manage inventory for seeds, fertilizers, and farm equipment.
- Train and mentor agricultural staff on best practices and machinery operation.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of produce.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid H2A visa.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial agriculture or farming operations.
- Strong understanding of crop rotation, pest control, and irrigation systems.
- Physical stamina required to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
