Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate farm machinery (tractors, harvesters) with proper safety protocols
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers according to EPA standards
- Maintain irrigation systems and field equipment
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for distribution
- Adhere to all OSHA and H2A program regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Agricultural experience a plus but not required
