Responsibilities
- Harvest and pack premium produce (lettuce, peppers, tomatoes)
- Operate farm machinery with proper training
- Maintain crop quality standards during processing
- Assist with irrigation system management

- Participate in sustainable farming practices
Qualifications
- Valid H2A Visa eligibility (foreign worker)
- Minimum 1 year commercial farming experience
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work 10-hour shifts in heat
- Valid driver's license preferred
- USDA pesticide handling certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to farm location
