Responsibilities
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops (corn, soybeans, tomatoes)
- Perform manual labor including weeding, pruning, and crop inspection
- Maintain farm equipment and facilities through daily cleaning/repair
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with packing and processing harvested produce
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams under supervisor guidance
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of agricultural/farm experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in all weather
- Basic English communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred
- No prior farm safety violations
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
