Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks such as planting, weeding, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely.
- Load, sort, and pack produce for distribution.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and farm protocols.
- Assist in general facility maintenance and cleanup.
- Work collaboratively with farm crews to meet production targets.

Qualifications
