Responsibilities
- Crop Management: Perform manual labor including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops with precision and care.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate and maintain agricultural machinery, tractors, and irrigation systems.
- Farm Maintenance: Assist in general farm upkeep, including weeding, pruning, and soil preparation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and proper pesticide handling procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with crew leads and other farmworkers to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. or be willing to apply for an H2A Visa sponsorship.
- Experience: Previous experience in agricultural labor or farming is preferred but not always required (training provided).
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License required for transportation between work sites.
