Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting seasonal crops.
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in packing, sorting, and grading produce according to quality standards.
- Ensure fields are kept clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions at all times.
- Work in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or currently hold valid H2A status.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for long durations.
- Basic English proficiency for following safety instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license may be required.
