Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our seasonal workforce. This role involves essential tasks in the planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks related to crop production, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload produce for transport to packing sheds or storage facilities.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding pesticide handling and machinery operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States under H2A visa sponsorship.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and standing.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required by the harvest season.
- Willingness to follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of farm equipment and safety guidelines is a plus.
