Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops (vegetables, fruits, grains)
- Operate and maintain farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Inspect crops for quality and pests; apply appropriate treatments
- Assist with post-harvest processing and packing
- Maintain farm sanitation and safety standards
- Follow USDA and H2A program regulations
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa sponsorship required
- Minimum 1 year experience in agriculture/farming
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
