Responsibilities
- Harvesting: Perform manual harvesting of fruits and vegetables according to quality and quantity specifications.
- Maintenance: Assist in general farm maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and irrigation setup.
- Packing: Sort, grade, and pack harvested goods for shipment to ensure high-quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate agricultural tools and machinery under supervision.
- Compliance: Adhere to all H2A regulations, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for H2A agricultural visa sponsorship.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods in outdoor weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous experience in farming, harvesting, or general labor is preferred but not always required.
- Teamwork: Must be a reliable team player willing to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time, seasonal work during peak harvest seasons.
