Responsibilities
- Perform manual crop harvesting and sorting of seasonal produce
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and irrigation systems
- Maintain field hygiene and crop quality standards
- Assist with planting, fertilizing, and pest control activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in team-based farm operations as needed
- Complete daily production reports accurately
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years prior agricultural experience
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Availability to work 40+ hours/week including weekends
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
