Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
- Operate heavy machinery and agricultural equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain field hygiene by removing debris, weeds, and ensuring proper irrigation.
- Package and prepare produce for distribution, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize harvest yields and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
- Eligibility for H2A Visa sponsorship is required for this position.
- Physical stamina required to perform repetitive manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic English communication skills are necessary for safety instructions and team coordination.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not always mandatory depending on the specific role.
